When determining an injured worker's average weekly wage, consider that the date range must be after the date of hire and prior to the date of injury. Use all taxable earnings/income including, but not limited to, overtime, vacation pay, sick pay, bonuses, etc. Also, if the injured worker had concurrent employment on the date of injury and begins losing time from either or both jobs, calculate gross wages separately and then combine for the injured worker's average weekly wage
