Benefit Due Date Calculator (EFT/Direct)
This calculator is meant to provide assistance in determining future bi-weekly payment due dates and EFT Direct Deposit dates for admitted indemnity benefits pursuant to C.R.S 8-42-126 and WCRP 5-6 (B) (C).
Colorado state holidays must be accounted for when determining payment due dates to ensure timeliness. This calculator only accounts for Colorado state holidays through June of the upcoming year.

date will continue to determine future due dates as long as
benefits are continuous.
Insurers/TPAs will need to verify with the
banking institution it uses to determine if there is
any delay from date of transaction/request to when
funds are received by the payees banking institution.
If there is no delay between transaction date anddate funds reach the claimant's banking institution, leave blank."

When paying TTD or PPD: If payments are ongoing, the payment must pay through the DUE DATE regardless
of the date the payment is mailed or sent via direct deposit in order to be considered inclusive
Rule 5-6 (B) (C)
Initial Payment
Payment by Direct Deposit/EFT etc - In order to be timely,
the payment must be sent to the claimant's banking institution
on the date of the admission.
*In order to be considered inclusive, the payment needs to
include benefits through the date of the admission, if benefits
are ongoing on the admission."

Subsequent Payments
Payment by Direct Deposit/EFT - In order to be timely, the payment
must be received by the claimant's banking institution by the date
the payment is due.
*To be considered inclusive, on a claim with ongoing benefits,
payment should include benefits through the date the payment is due."
